Magnetic Boiler Filter – Supply & Installation At Eco Heat & Cool Ltd, we supply and install magnetic filters for boilers to protect your heating system from sludge, debris and corrosion. Installing a magnetic filter helps improve efficiency, reduce breakdowns and extend the lifespan of your boiler. Depending on the installation space, we install one of the following Adey MagnaClean Micro, Adey MagnaClean Atom, or Adey MagnaClean Professional filters. These industry-leading filters are designed to capture metal debris circulating through your heating system before it can damage the boiler. Why Your Heating System Needs a Magnetic Filter Over time, metal components within your heating system can corrode, creating sludge and debris that circulates through radiators, pipework and the boiler. This sludge can cause: Cold spots on radiators Blocked pipework Reduced heating efficiency Damage to expensive boiler components such as the heat exchanger A magnetic filter is installed on the return pipe to the boiler, where it captures metallic debris before it enters the boiler. Magnetic Filter & Inhibitor Protection A magnetic filter works best when used together with a central heating inhibitor. The inhibitor helps break down sludge and prevent corrosion The filter captures the debris circulating through the system Together they provide the best protection for your boiler and heating system. Booking Policy To ensure a smooth and efficient service, please read the following before booking: Please provide accurate details about the issue when making your booking. Uploading photos of the boiler, heating system, or problem area can help us prepare for the job. Someone aged 18 or over must be present at the property during the appointment. Please ensure clear and safe access/ parking to the boiler, heating system and your property. Cancellations & Rescheduling We require at least 72 hours’ notice (3 WORKING DAYS) for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a call-out charge. Diagnostic Visits Some visits are diagnostic only. Any repair work or parts required will be quoted separately before work begins. Providing as much information as possible in advance helps us diagnose issues more efficiently and complete the work with minimal disruption.
