Hive Smart Wireless Thermostat – Supply & Installation (System Boilers) At Eco Heat & Cool Ltd, we supply and install the Hive V4 Smart Wireless Thermostat with Hive Nano 3 Hub, designed specifically for system boilers. This smart thermostat allows you to control your heating remotely from your smartphone, helping you improve comfort and energy efficiency. What’s Included Our fixed-price installation includes: Supply and installation of Hive V4 Smart Wireless Thermostat and Hive Nano 3 Hub Removal of any existing wired or wireless thermostat Wiring the new wireless receiver to your combi boiler Connecting the hub to your internet router Assistance setting up your Hive app and account Demonstration of basic thermostat features Full testing of the system before handover The hub connects directly to your internet router, allowing you to control your heating from anywhere using your mobile device. Upgrade Your Heating Control For even greater control, you can add Hive Radiator Valves to individual radiators. Benefits include: Set different temperatures in each room Heat only the rooms you use Improved energy efficiency Smarter control of your home heating These can be added as an optional upgrade during installation. If you do not have a TRV valve on your radiator/ radiators, a TRV body will need to be installed first to accept the Hive Radiator Valve or any TRV valve. We can help with that as well! Booking Policy To ensure a smooth and efficient service, please read the following before booking: Please provide accurate details about the issue when making your booking. Uploading photos of the boiler, heating system, or problem area can help us prepare for the job. Someone aged 18 or over must be present at the property during the appointment. Please ensure clear and safe access/ parking to the boiler, heating system and your property. Cancellations & Rescheduling We require at least 72 hours’ notice (3 WORKING DAYS) for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a call-out charge. Diagnostic Visits Some visits are diagnostic only. Any repair work or parts required will be quoted separately before work begins. Providing as much information as possible in advance helps us diagnose issues more efficiently and complete the work with minimal disruption.
